Amazing people from the reception to the doctor all of them were knowledgeable and helpful doing everything in their power to help Epic shout out to their manager Jacqueline who went above and beyond to help me out with everything and the receptionist who got me in without an appointment

The girl who did our initial tests and helped us order was very friendly. The doctor almost seemed bothered by us being there and was very rushed. I liked the glasses I was able to get but my new prescription is terrible, it makes me nauseous to wear my new glasses which has never happened, so I will be getting my vision checked elsewhere with a non-chain provider (100% out of pocket since I used my benefits already) and will come back to get my lenses changed with the correct prescription.
Their advertised BOGO is not honored if you are using insurance.
