If you need a deep tissue massage, Sarah is your girl! As a long distance trail runner, Sarah's experience and technique has kept my body in working order and I always enjoy my sessions. She has the amazing ability to really work on those problem areas while being relaxing at the same time which I really appreciate. Highly recommend her! You will feel great after you leave her table!
