I was very pleased with the work the that was done. the crew did a great job! they even took some limbs and branches that I had cut from other trees in my yard, saving me a trip to the transfer station. I didn't get a chance to actually meet anyone, as I was at work. when i came home, the tree looked awesome, (the tree is a large older Ash, if I remember correctly) and had never been trimmed or pruned. It didn't look butchered, the Debris was gone and the gates where all closed. Thank you Jon, Judy, and the crew for fitting me in on short notice and getting it done!
This is the third time that I have used Qualitree at my home over a twelve year period. I can't even begin to tell you how thrilled I am with the end result. It's always sad to lose trees. I had two unhealthy 25' Chanticleer Pear trees removed from a front island bed containing other plantings (that I preferred to keep), three "dead" 25' white birch trees removed that were also in a bedding with plantings (again I wanted to keep plantings, if possible), one trunk of a multi-trunked 35' River Birch removed and tree trimmed away from roofline, and another 40' River Birch tree trimmed up and off roofline that also shade several Rhododendrons. All stumps (5) were ground. They were quick to respond with a fair estimate (thank you, Jon), scheduled work around my availability, and showed up exactly as planned. The crew were friendly, as always, and responded to all of my concerns, and even to things that I didn't know I should be concerned about. I'm surprised at any negative comments, since my experience has been so drastically different. Qualitree makes the utmost effort to make as little damage as possible, and make every effort to clean up, as much as possible. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and the "aftermath". In watching them work, it is obvious that they know exactly what they are doing. I'm delighted with their work and won't hesitate to call them the next time I need something done "well".
