Vicki was my personal loan officer and was not only willing to go out of her way to help me but walked me through every step of a very in depth process due to me missing some paperwork. These ladies are hilarious and truly went above and beyond! I could not recommend these ladies more if you’re in need of financial assistance. They are genuinely the most compassionate and accommodating customer service individuals!!! Stephania, Vicki, and Zohol y’all are the absolute best!
Although the officer was friendly and knowledgeable, there were certain terms left out of transaction until end like finance charge of $340. This is something that the customer should be made aware from the start.
My husband and I have a collateral loan with One main and they have always been great about it with reminder calls and courteous check ins during covid just awesome and they recently help me refinance my Jeep so that now it is with a reputable company. Now it reports to my credit, my payment is lower and I got a little extra spending money. thanks Lindsey and the crew and Nampa One main Financial
