I’m a new mom and for a few weeks have wanted to chop my hair into a bob. I haven’t ever had my hair done regularly, so I didn’t know how to find someone for this — so I booked my appointment with Ericah yesterday and got in same day…I was excited to scratch the itch I’d had for short hair, but also pretty nervous to have a good experience and outcome. Ericah was so nice and did such a great job on my hair. I am so glad I ignored JC Penney Salon reviews and just went for it! I felt very welcomed even as the last appointment on a Saturday night, and lefting feeling my confidence boosted. Will definitely go back without hesitation.
I had Candace cut and color my hair Friday but by Sunday I wanted it shorter so I went back ! Candace did great job loved it but this older woman kept sneaking around watching us I thought she was a boss but she wasn’t she did work there but I didn’t like her sneaking around watching us it made me feel very uncomfortable ! I don’t know name her name but she wasn’t older lady ! Then she sit in chair and started talking I didn’t know her and I was talking to Candace she needs to quit sneaking around corners she has done this before and I don’t like it ! I really like Candace and I will keep going to get hair done there but she needs to quit watching people !
I actually like the way they cut my hair. There are many other places. I have problems of them cutting my hair. But JCpenny salon, they did an amazing job on it. I will go back again.
