Very quick response to a late afternoon furnace problem on an extremely cold day. Both the office staff and the technician were very professional and respectful. I will continue to do business with them.
j&D has always taken great care of me. When my furnace died years ago they brought me space heaters and got me bumped up on the list so I could have heat. That was my first time using them.Since then they have kept everything running great.
J&D recently upgraded a whole new system at the office & both gentlemen that did the install were very professional & quiet during install. Our office was open for business while they did the install & we barely knew they were here doing it. I would highly recommend J&D for your heating or colling needs. (4 star only because no one is perfect.)
