Our well pump went out on a Friday night. I left messages for several well repair companies. DPWD was the only one that returned my call. Mark came out Saturday morning and repaired our well pump. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything to my husband and I as this is our first experience with a well. Mark also told us there was an issue with the control box. He brought out the manufacturer representative to fix the issue at no charge to us. Mark and Austin came out yesterday to address a vibration noise. Mark also replaced a sensor. After each visit, we received a phone call from Mark to make sure everything was working. My husband and I highly recommend DPWD for any pump or well concerns. They will get the job done.
