CoverCare saved the day! We had several issues with the functionality of our cover. It shimmied open and sometimes didn't close. CoverCare arrived on time and our technician was super helpful in explaining what was happening. They've been a wonderful company to work with.

The Cover Care team in Nampa, Idaho is tremendous and went above and beyond our expectations! Our technician, Shaun, was so thorough and made sure all our questions and concerns were addressed at the evaluation. He even made sure that every option was tried when it came to parts that had deteriorated or broken and they shouldn’t have. We felt like he and the team he brought with him really went the extra mile with customer service. I have never come across a pool-related company that has been so helpful and attentive. Cover care came out promptly when I had an issue with my automatic pool cover. They were very communicative, organized, and helpful. Not only did they take care of the broken part under warranty, but they actually performed some work which our pool builder failed to complete.Hands down, the best all around service experience I have ever had in the entire state.
