Brandon and his crew are awesome, Ludo (2000 Excursion 7.3) has never run better. I brought it in to have a stripped t-case plug tapped out and asked for a general inspection due to an oil and coolant leak. 25 year old truck needed a few things. He identified everything needed and gave me a quote. Steering drag line, rotors and pads, shocks, fix the leaks, service the rear diff. It was quite a bit of work, but still a lot cheaper than replacing. Brandon's recommendations on parts were excellent, same stuff most people recommend on the Ex groups. He got the work done on time. I’ll start with everyone here is awesome! Had a BDS kit installed on my F350. Amazing workmanship and couldn’t be more satisfied with all they did. There were issues with a 3rd party company that resulted in loss of hardware. Brandon was able to source and replace this in a timely manner! Once again great work Butler!
Butler Auto is the ONLY place I will trust to take my vehicles to for anything from regular maintenance to larger jobs. When I needed a trailer hitch, they had my car done same day. When my husband’s truck with 250k miles needed some severe maintenance, they took care of his truck quickly and for an extremely fair value. I’ve had my oil change done and I can trust that they aren’t messing it up like the quick service companies have in the past. Also, with my new battery they offered an amazing warranty.
