My stepdad passed away mid September, and my family were deciding on a funeral home to go through this process for our beloved Russ. I am so grateful to Alsip and especially Clarke for the kindness and support he showed my family during such a difficult time. Losing our father was overwhelming, and we had no idea where to begin with planning his service. Clarke patiently guided us through everything, answered all of our questions, and made the process so much easier. His compassion and professionalism meant so much to us. What a wonderful experience for something so heavy. Clarke went above and beyond to make us feel at ease during the whole process.
