“I called Mountain Home Pro because I saw a listing on Zillow that I wanted to see, Rena answered the phone, she was very helpful and informative right away. When showing me the property, she had good insight and comments about the property and pointed out a few things I didn't see. I called her back a couple of days later and said I really need to look at it again, she said no problem and we went through it again. I found Rena to be patient, she was awesome with communication and timeliness. I didn't end up making an offer, I will definitely use her in the future if I look in Mountain Home again. I'll also add that I tried to connect with 2 other local agents before calling Mountain Home, one sent me confusing very delayed texts, and the other one the phone rang with no answer or message option.“
