The entire crew at Unlimited Heating and Refrigeration has been stellar. I’ve had the garbage disposal replaced. The water heater finally succumbed to the hardness of Moscow water and had to be replaced. That was an interesting experience. The water heater is located under the house, accessible by a crawl space that isn’t very large. They had to measure the opening and make sure that there was one in stock that would fit. Luckily there was one available.
I highly recommend Unlimited for all the plumbing needs. Thank you for your genuine care.
We are thrilled to enthusiastically recommend Unlimited Heating and Refrigeration Inc. for their outstanding service. They recently installed a complete air conditioning and heating system in our historic Pullman home, a complex job that included new attic venting, an air handling system in the attic, and the meticulous cutting of new vent ducts in every room. They also installed an exterior DKN compressor unit and a convenient Wi-Fi DKN thermostat. Throughout the entire process, every member of their team—from the office staff and owner to the dedicated crew who worked on our home—was knowledgeable, highly professional, and a genuine pleasure to interact with.
I’ve worked with this company at least twice now and they were quick to get me an appointment in both semi-emergencies. :) I had to notify them twice on my last mini-split appointment because my part wasn’t arriving on time from manufacturers warranty claim. Office staff was super chill about it, always understanding and they were able to reschedule and get someone out very quickly once part arrived. Technicians are always friendly and fast and the prices are fair, imo.
