They were transparent on pricing, listened to my input regarding past moves, treated all my items with care (including moving a very heavy instrument), and moved me faster than any other mover previously. True North did a great job for us. An excellent 3-man crew took care of loading up and moving our house into a storage unit 2 hours away. They were careful with fragile items and very organized when loading and unloading the truck. The whole crew was professional and thorough. Everything had a stable place in the truck and when it was put into storage so space wasn’t wasted and nothing was damaged.

I've had to move myself previously with the help of family. But with my family getting older and health issues preventing moving heavy objects, movers were necessary this time (and likely from here on out). TrueNorth did an excellent job! I got approved for a two-bedroom apartment much quicker than I expected. Customer service is great, prices are reasonable, response times are great, and the movers are efficient. I made the call, left a message, had someone get back to me same day to set up a walk-through/quote and move date, and got my stuff moved in within a week. They worked with me to make sure I was able to leave on time for an appointment after the move-in, and the movers put everything in the rooms and places I asked them to. I had already packed my own stuff, and now I'm working on unpacking it, but having someone else do the heavy lifting part of the move (literally) was much appreciated! It takes a huge load off of the total stress. Thanks TrueNorth Moving!

We had an excellent experience with our moving team. They were professional and responsive to feedback and special requests throughout the moving process. They disassembled an office desk that wouldn't have fit through the doorway, which was more convenient for us under the circumstances. Being one of the only interstate movers in the area, I feel like the overall price was expected. But if we were located somewhere with more options, the cost to value may have been considered excessive.

I had a phenomenal experience with Gabrielle, Nathan, Matt, and Jonathan. They went above and beyond to pack all of my belongings and transport them to a new house and unload everything for me. They are an excellent crew - very diligent, meticulous, and professional. It was the best moving experience I’ve ever had thanks to their team. I had some scheduling conflicts getting into my new house and the crew graciously accommodated the situation and ensured I was packed and in my new place in time. I 100% recommend True North for any packing and moving needs.
