I really appreciate Mia's customer service; she picked up the phone each time I called with questions, was knowledgeable regarding membership and policies, and made the whole experience of gym-shopping pleasant. I was deciding between a couple options, and her responsiveness and kind demeanor helped me decide to go with Snap.

I'm very pleased with this gym, the equipment, the cleanliness and the staff is very friendly. I'm moving next month after the first week and they comped me that week I appreciate it, that was very kind of them not to charge me for a week.

I'm new to the area, a senior and overweight. Joined Snap Fitness a month ago. The facility is clean and well organized, and the Staff and Owner are comfortable and welcoming. Gives hope I'll achieve better health.
