I loved NIAC and was inconsistent with membership because I wasn't sure if my work hours would change, as they did frequently. Now that they have leveled up to open 24 hours, I have committed to a 9 month membership! Game changer! With it open 24 hours, people the gym traffic is more spread out, which means more machine availability. They have an EAP for emergencies in case an emergency occurs when staff are unavailable. They have cameras that make me feel safe when working out late at night! I am crossing my fingers they extend their class schedule later. Dreaming of a 8 or 9 pm Yoga or pilates class. <3

Wow! What a great atmosphere if you are looking for a place to get stronger and be pushed to your limits which a great community of people to help you along the way this is the place to do it! Fantastic gym even better staff and people

Front desk is super helpful. They helped me feel welcome when I was terrified to go in. lol. My kids love going to kid care. Just a note for now: tanning is currently standup only. No napping for me. Thanks!
