Terrible service. Worst I've experienced from any of their locations.

This place is pretty good with benefits to the larger price like a hot towel while you get your hair washed and a free drink at the end of the cut. But the service is slow and a lot of the people move slowly without urgency. But word of warning not everyone is a good stylist and mess up easily. Though there are some people who fit the title of a stylist rather than a careless worker

Came in bc it was the only shop with availability and will not be coming back. Gave very simple instructions and Lilliana genuinely didn’t listen to a single thing I said. Wanted to keep my curls which requires length and she took my hair down so far I can’t even get it to pop up. Disappointed and unsatisfied:

Very poor and rude service. I waited for about 20 minutes and was here before other customers, yet they were helped first. No acknowledgment or explanation at all. Extremely frustrating experience and very unprofessional.

Gal was very nice but this by far was the Worst haircut of my life. Took none of the instructions. Was like an 8 year old butchered my hair.

Won't be going back. The staff was nice but he just rushed through my haircut, left my hair wet and messed up. And he didn't have a care in the world like he just wanted to go on his break.
