Worst haircut that I've had in a long time. They completely took off 4 months of growth after I told them not to do so. I will not be going back.

My husband took our two sons in for a cut with a picture showing exactly what we wanted. One of my sons wears his hair on the longer side and this was all duly explained and the stylist agreed she could provide the cut. However, when he walked out he had a complete buzz cut with a bald spot included in the back! I normally don't leave reviews but this was terribly upsetting and frustrating when such care was given with picture and commentary to explain what was wanted. We felt very ignored and my son isn't exactly happy with his appearance at the moment. We will not be going back.I did call the establishment and spoke to a lady on the phone who was extremely apologetic and offered to have him come back in for a fix. While we appreciate the gesture of the offer, there isn't any hair left on his head with which to fix the problem.Service: Haircut

My son and I have been getting our hair cut here for eight years. All of the stylists are top-notch - they are interesting to talk to, friendly, and have learned our names. But most importantly, they are consistent. I've never had a bad haircut here. My son has grown up getting Fantastic Sams cuts, and feels a personal connection to all the stylists. So I am very afraid to go anywhere for a haircut. These stylists know so much about hair and as I sit here and watch my Girlfriend finish her hair coloring I am just thrilled with how well it turned out. I love my haircut as well!!! This is an awesome establishment and you've made a lifelong customer in me. Thanks for the awesome personable experience. Friendly service but my haircut is complete trash it’s so uneven and choppy from certain sides. The seat was a mess, had hair from the last person all over it. The fade I asked for is not even a fade.Service: Haircut

I had shara do my hair and she did a great job. She was not only on time but early, the space was clean, she was nice and open to making sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was nice and straight. It threw me off that she didn’t wash my hair first she just sprayed it but it worked out just fine and I didn’t have to blow dry it cause the tips were the only thing wet. I’d highly recommend her she was nice and did great and the price is low as well.Service: Haircut

Usually good hair cuts but not this time! Worst cut since I did my own as a kid! Need to wear hat to hide this mistake!

Honestly this was the worst haircut I've ever gotten. My stylist was super nice and friendly, but the haircut was not good. I took off about 6 inches and that part of the cut was okay. It's not even, but it isn't too far off. Then, however I asked for some simple face framing. I already had some, so it really just needed trimmed. I ended up with the beginning of a mullet. The hair is not blended at all and too much of my hair is now bang length or shorter. I actually went home and cried a little. I'm not sure if my hair can be fixed with another haircut or if I will just have to wait for it to grow out.Service: Haircut

I’ve been going to Fantastic Sam’s for several years now, generally with decent results you can expect from a salon of its caliber but the cut I just received was abysmally bad. I showed the stylist a reference picture of what I wanted, a job also done by a stylist there from a couple years ago, and the result looked NOTHING like the reference picture. The entire procedure from me being called to the chair to being done was JUST over five minutes, and again, what I requested was completely disregarded for the sake of getting as many customers to their station as possible.From what I received, I may as well have buzzed off my own hair as it now looks like a week or two of growth after one, and I would have saved $20. I regret leaving a tip, one I left primarily because I realize this is their income and need to survive as well, but I won’t be going back to Sam’s anytime soon unless I can bypass said stylist for someone who will take their time and do a better job. I’m very disappointed in the service I received today I hope that no one else receives the same. The first picture below was the reference, the second what I received even though my hair was longer before the haircut this most recent time, giving more hair to work with. The first picture was also cheaper in price….
