The best lockout service I have experienced, and I have unfortunately experienced this a few times. They estimated 30 minutes, but arrived in like 5-10. They got my door open in literally less than a minute, and were SO affordable. Professional and efficient!

I called Ells after getting locked out of my house on a Friday evening. My call was answered right away and I received an estimated time of arrival / cost. Before Ells arrived, I was able to get back into the house. I called and offered to pay as I knew they were en route, but they did not want to charge as they hadn’t performed any service. Ells Lock Service was responsive, friendly, and honest.
