Drew was responsive, professional, and fast for a great price. I was in a pinch to get a door unlocked and he was able to get it taken care of for me on a late night on the weekend (and he even arrived sooner than his estimation). I would highly recommend for any emergency lockout needs.

I accidentally locked my kids in the running car, and although I had a spare key, they wouldn’t unlock the car!I called Ells’ Lock Service, and Drew was on the scene in less than 10 minutes.He opened the car door quickly, and this relieved mama was happily reunited with her little people.He didn’t charge for the visit either stating there is no fee when kids are locked inside.
