Dr. Susila Bales and the entire staff at the Animal Clinic are kind and communicative. Dr. Bales is simply the best, consistently providing great care. She makes time to explain everything, even during last-minute emergency appointments, and does not rush you. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate patients. Many clients have been bringing all their pets for years and are always satisfied with the care they receive. One dog who used to hide from other vets loves to see Dr. Bales.

Dr Bales is simply the best. She makes time to explain everything (even when you have a last minute emergency appointment and are being squeezed into her day, she will still make time and not rush you.) I have been bringing all our pets to her for 7 years and am always satisfied with the care they receive!!!

It's hard to say enough good things about Dr. Bales and the office staff.First Dr. Bales has consistently provided great care for our two German Shorthaired Pointers. One of our dogs always hid from the vet at another office in the area, but loves to see Dr. Bales.Finally, her and her staff have also gone above and beyond when getting us in on short notice. I can't thank them enough!
