Edited to say: I feel like my care team has improved significantly. Shawntel Yost is literally an Angel sent from Heaven…and I’m an atheist. Tina who is the addiction counselor is a breath of fresh air with how honest and forthright she is. Nurse AWOL (she called herself) is so nonjudgmental it’s almost alarming and Mickey is literally the sweetest dental hygienist that I have ever met in my life. I am pleased with how Chas has upped their game with the providers that they have and I hope it continues and I hope they continue to hire amazing care providers while they up the game on affordable healthcare available to all.I’m pleased, thank you.(Original review)The...read full review

I wouldn't trust my health care needs with any other medical clinic than CHAS. Matthew Lassen, P.A. and his M.A. Catherine are phenomenal when it comes to your health. Compassionate, caring and thorough.

I'm giving 5 stars for two reasons. 1st, the referral department is so helpful. They continue to be patient as we work through the paperwork together. Next, and this should be 100 stars, Shannon Snyder is the best provider I've ever had. Terribly sad to see her go. But true to form for her, she made sure my prescriptions had refills and loose ends were tied. I guess a negative would be my hatred towards dentists. Not specifically CHAS, just in general.
