Devin was excellent to work with. We lived in Iowa and he showed us the house via video phone call. He helped get the house reduced in price nearly 20 thousand so we could purchase it. He helped us get early position before closely so that we had a place to live in between places. Also knew everything a real-estate agent needs to know, including paper work, knowing the market, and how to setup utilities. Any questions we had, he knew the answer and was available, and freindly.
