“We were technically walk-ins but Jacob had availability so we waited on him, while waiting I looked at some of his previous haircuts and showed my son he decided on one. However he wanted a slightly different tapered haircut and Jacob listened to what my son’s vision was and wow just wow it came out so freakin good! As a mama I am so extremely happy! I have not found a barber who was able to give my son what Jacob gave him. The last barber (at another shop!) messed up my son’s curls so bad he had to basically get a buzz cut right before school and we were just super disappointed! My son literally asked if he can continue to go to Jacob for his fades because “he got me right” my son’s words lol and I told him of course. Thank you Jacob you made my boy super happy and feel so confident!“

“First off, I DIDN'T want to write a review because this is SUCH a hidden GEM in not only Nampa, but in all the Treasure Valley! Carlos is a great, old school type barber, and his work shows it! You can tell he takes pride in his work. I've been getting haircuts almost every week for the past 10 years, and I can feel it on my head when a barber knows their stuff. And Carlos DOES. Love the vibe, love the conversation, and love the CUT. He makes you feel like an old friend from the first time meeting him. 10 out of 10 recommend, from your local neighborhood haircut snob! “Elizabeth gave me a great haircut! I have long, thick, wavy to curly hair that I have had a hard time finding a good place to cut how I like but Elizabeth got it perfect on the first time. She took her time making sure it laid well and went back in on the spots that were laying bulky. She was super friendly and easy to talk to as well. From the outside you wouldn't expect much honestly but sometimes looks can be deceiving. It's easy to see now why the place has been open since like the 1970s!
