Firme Cuts has a fantastic environment and vibe to it. We only discovered the shop because, Frankie is our go to barber for my son's hair. We have followed him from a previous shop to Firme Cuts and will continue to follow him wherever he goes.

Dallas Parker is one hell of a barber! I have been looking for a consistent barber to go to in Caldwell, but I have not found a shop that wowed me yet. I scheduled an appointment for yesterday but had to reschedule for today at the last minute. They still took the time to fit me into the schedule and did not give me a hard time about the cancellation. Once there, Dallas took the time to understand the cut I wanted, he worked quickly and was very friendly. The shop was very clean and welcoming, so I can not think of anything negative to say. If you need to get your haircut, Dallas should be your barber.
