I was in need of replacing a 20 year old furnace and AC. I contacted a couple of local reps that wanted an arm and a leg to replace them. I contacted YMC and Ryan came out and gave me a quote the next day. It was so good I scheduled replacement the next day. They were stellar! The installers were clean and professional. Ryan came out to provide a quote for our vent hood we wanted vented through the exterior wall. Instead, he discovered it was already vented through the wall but was incorrectly installed. He completely disassembled the unit on the spot, found the issue, resolved it and reinstalled it. It now works perfectly. Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. He was pleasant, technically savvy, creative, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
