Dan came out to inspect a home I am purchasing. He did an incredibly thorough inspection, as well as explaining everything that he found to me. He took the time not only to tell me about the things he found, but showed them to me as well (not just through pictures). That greatly increased my knowledge about the home and what he found, and provided me an opportunity to ask questions.
I highly recommend having inspections done through Valley Home Inspection.
