I was very skeptical to go to Ulta for the salon such as makeup and hair. Kelsey did my makeup, she is so wonderful. Knows exactly what she's doing. I requested a soft Glam, and she knew exactly what I meant with reference photos.
I have been to places where they have fried my hair, talked unprofessionally, and other unfavorable experiences. This caused me to do my own hair for years, wanting to go back to a salon but scared due to these experiences
Every single person in the salon are truly magical. All of them are truly kind, and understanding of what you want.

Clean bright beautiful displays well organized and maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. One of the girls took the time to help me find the perfect mascara for my wife!
