Overall it’s been a great experience from the design studio with Chandler to operations with Katie and construction phase with Cody. Chandler guided me through the 2 day design studio experience with many good options. Katie gave me the tour of available floor plans and Cody has been instrumental in making sure the construction phase was seamless and a very good experience with quality.
We are so happy with our new home, especially all the high end finishes that are included. Everyone at Tresidio has been so easy to work with, welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this builder!
Being that this is our fifth new-construction home experience over a few decades, it's easy to make an objective comparison. By far, Tresidio has been our best experience. And since we've closed on this property, their performance continues to impress us. We attribute this, in large part, to our project manager, Travis Key who has been extremely friendly, professional, responsive and attentive throughout the whole process. You'd think we were the only house he is managing. ;-)
If you're given the option of having Travis manage your project, jump on it! Thank you again to the whole Tresidio team for making this new home become a real reality for us!
