Dr Crownover & the entire staff are a breath of fresh air in medical services. Having a REAL family Dr. is no longer a thing of the past. TVFM has gone above & beyond my expectations. They actually listen to my needs & are quick to respond. Dr. Crownover spent at least an hour with me the first visit. He had already pulled up my past medical records & had reviewed them. He made some tweaks to my meds, then took A LOT of blood & then ran several tests & had the results on my portal page the NEXT DAY with a few more tweaks & his comments.

I had a great experience establishing care with Amy Allison Yeates. She took the time to not only go over my health history but also listened to my concerns and helped start me on a path to move forward on the issues I am experiencing. The nurse was also exceptional. She was careful to make my blood draw the best possible experience as I told her how hard I can be to draw from. I felt very heard and respected at this appointment.
Amy was amazing and will always be happy to see her. She’s professional and polite and wouldn’t want any other doctor. The lovely staff all around was amazing. Great office
