Torch Towing came through at midnight while stuck on the freeway with a dying Diesel Truck - Requested to be towed over a 100 miles to my home - we were travelling through ID from AZ to OR - they never blinked an eye, were on site within 30 minutes - and considering I had been on the phone with my insurance for over an hour with NO help from them (and I have roadside assistance) - my wife found TORCH, we called - they helped - we got home at 3 am - but we made it home. Thanks to TORCH Towing - and Tank our driver! KUDOS to the crew.
My car’s transmission completely died and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called around and most companies wanted to charge me extra because it wouldn’t move in neutral (I was looking at anywhere between $200-$300). Torch BY FAR has the best rates they charged me $133 to tow my car to my address about five miles. Wyatt was the person to tow my car, he was GREAT!! Very friendly and made a bad situation better! 5/5 I DEFINITELY recommend Torch towing & transportation! :)
Anthony arrived quicker than I’ve ever seen from a towing company. He picked me and the car up no hassle. He actually slid under the car and discovered what was wrong with my vehicle as well.
