“I just have to rave for a minute about this specific location off of Country Terrace and Lauren the Manager.

I had a nightmare experience today and this Country Terrace location ended up literally saving the day and more. I came in this morning and they were having someone fix their spray tan machine, so I ended up going to the Eagle & Pine location. There, I asked for a medium amethyst spray tan and one of the front desk girls told me that their usual machine they use for that (2 turn) is not working, so she says I can use the 4 turn one. She said because you turn 4 times, it gives more coverage so will be darker than medium. I was fine with that. I get in and I feel like I’m standing in a small puddle. I wasn’t alarmed at first because I know these are self cleaning machines so I thought it was leftover water, which I’ve had happen before and it didn’t affect my tans at all. I step out and see brown on the towel mat, I look at my feet and the bottoms are severely stained with tan mix. Entirely black. Not even the wipes could get it off. I told the front desk girl and she wasn’t helpful, she told me it “happens to her all the time”. I’ve spray tanned multiple times at Palm Beach and never had this happen before. She repeated that as I am showing her how bad my feet are and she says nothing, doesn’t try to give me any advice or anything helpful. I finally was so frustrated I just stood there and looked at her, didn’t respond, she finally goes “well just try to scrub it with hand sanitizer and if it doesn’t come off call us and we’ll put a credit on your account”. I was frustrated that I even had to do this when the machine should have been cleaned better between customer tans so I left because it was clearly going to end there. I went home, scrubbed my feet as she said to, no luck AND I messed up my tan on the sides and top of my feet because it’s impossible to not get hand sanitizer elsewhere when you’re scrubbing your feet in the middle of developing. I waited 5 hours and rinsed, and the tan came out so light it was as if I didn’t get any color at all. Not even remotely medium at all, or dark as she said it would. I call the Eagle & Pine location back and one of the front desk girls told me to come back in and do another spray (free), but honestly I was not about to risk having another tan ruined so I called the Country Terrace location and thankfully their machine had been fixed so it was ready to go! The manager Lauren literally is a LIFESAVER. Not only did she validate my experience, she gave me a free tan same day to fix this one, and then another free one on top because she understood how frustrated I was and why. I will never go back to the Eagle & Pine location just due to the lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge when it comes to the products they’re selling. Thank you SO much Lauren and team for saving the day!!!“

“I’ve been on & off coming to this location and honestly was about to stop going because I felt like I wasn’t getting super tan from the beds here. I came in today, & Emma guided me to which bed would be best based off what I was trying to achieve as far as my tan & she single handedly made me decide to keep coming!

I was using the wrong bed( no one’s fault but mine) just figured the beds weren’t getting me as tan as I wanted & thanks to her I know which bed to use! :)“
