I have been going to simplicity laser for a few months. I have had good results at this point. My hair is much thinner, and some areas are not growing back. The staff are always kind and professional.

Good experience, they were kind enough to wave a rescheduling fee for me when I accidentally didn't shave close enough for the bazillion which was nice! But make sure you are always on time for appointments, they will cancel it if you're more than 5 minutes late- it's happened to me once but it is what it is
