They showed up when they said they did what they said. No surprises.
Mandy and her team at Silver Lining are not just roofing they are “Professional Contractors”. They took care of everything. Hired and took care of the subcontractors. They made sure the subcontractors were on task and doing what was expected. They took care of all the things I needed done. I would highly recommend you talk to Mandy and Carlos before you hire anyone.
They work hard and they pay attention to details. All the details. Yes, they fixed my roof, but they were there to make sure the electrician did what he was expected to do, the plumber was contracted by them to take care of the plumbing... read full review

We finally bit the bullet and had our original roof replaced. It was an intimidating decision with it being such a major investment and so many roof horror stories out there. After significant research and 3 bids, we decided on Silver Lining Roofing. We could not have been more relieved and pleased! From the very beginning, our discussions with Lindsay and Mandy were very honest and upfront. Lindsay thoroughly explained why certain items were a 'must' and why others may not be necessary and let us decide from there.
