Hired and took care of the subcontractors. They made sure the subcontractors were on task and doing what was expected. They took care of all the things I needed done. I would highly recommend you talk to Mandy and Carlos before you hire anyone. They work hard and they pay attention to details. All the details. Yes, they fixed my roof, but they were there to make sure the electrician did what he was expected to do, the plumber was contracted by them to take care of the plumbing and it’s so nice to know my water heater is plumbed and wired correctly. The electrician did a great job and now I can run my hair drier without throwing a breaker. Mandy stayed in touch with him to make sure he was on task. The guys who removed the 8 old living room windows and installed the new ones in less than 2 days blew me away. This place is old, so they had some modifications that had to be made. They worked hard and didn’t stop until they were done. They took care of everything. My windows are beautiful! What was so impressive is that they cared about what I was thinking and made everything stressless. I trusted Mandy and her team to take care of everything and they did. There was no coming back and telling me there were problems that would increase the budget. They did more than what they said, and they were very nice. All the workers were nice and respectful. I didn't have to track them down, call them to find out when they would be here and who would be here and when... It’s so refreshing to know that there is still a company with hard working people, who take pride in what they do by doing their job, and taking care of the small details that need to be done. They even put my blinds back up and did paint touch up work on the molding around the windows. The only sign that I had 8 windows replaced is that I can see through them! Otherwise, you wouldn’t have known they were here at all. And they put up with my dog. She had to be in the center of everything and they tolerated her while I tried to keep her out of their way. I can’t thank you guys enough for taking care of my little place. I plan on being here awhile and it’s nice to be comfortable. I can tell already how much those new windows are going to affect my heater. It’s not kicking on every ten minutes. That’s a gift! Thank you! I know who to contact when I need help.
