I recently purchased a Riverwood home and I could not be happier. The realtor, the construction team, the office personnel and vendors are all outstanding. Everything from start to finish with our custom home exceeded our expectations. Upon our first meeting with Dan, we knew that working with Riverwood was the right choice. Christina was fabulous to work with, impressing us with her design skills as well as great communication. Kevin (and David and Steve) were great superintendents with a wealth of knowledge and consistently remained on top of things. We never had to worry about quality because Riverwood carefully selects and manages their contractors and has great relationships with them. We have learned so much through this process and are so grateful that we got to take this journey with such a wonderful group of people. We love our new Riverwood Home. We were looking at new construction and asked friends in the construction business who they would and would not buy from, and each time Riverwood Homes was on the list of “good builder” in the valley. I always value the opinion of others who work in the industry, so the fact that Riverwood came recommended by a few friends in construction made us feel confident in buying a home from them. We love the house itself. The quality, attention to details, and craftsmanship were noticed when we first walked in. We’ve been in for a month and just fall more and more in love with it. I appreciated the new home orientation and all the detailed communication around maintaining our new home. They have been very easy to work with. We would add our recommendation of Riverwood Homes.
