“Loved this massage!! We were visiting family & decided to do a Sisters Spa Day. This place was AwEsOmE!! Easy reservation thru text message. The place was clean & well kept.
Now the massage.....Best massage in my life & back home in AZ, I belong to a monthly massage place. The pressure was perfect (I like the harder pressure), she hit every area about twice if not more, and she rotated area frequently. I also enjoyed that she positioned my legs & arms in different positions to get into the spots better. After the massage she did a little stretch of that area. I also loved the mini facial & scalp massage. If I ever make it back to the Boise area, I am definitely coming back for another massage her @ Spring Massage“

“I have been going to Sweetie since this last summer in 2025. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism. I have been getting massages regularly since 2012 and use these as part of my own person health care, like exercising does for the body. Over the years, my experience includes receiving Sports, Therapeutic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and simple relaxing massages. “I had my first visit here last week with Eric and was blown away by how the 90 minutes flew by. I booked for the most immediate opening due to growing, nagging and distracting pain in my upper back, neck and shoulders. Eric worked hard on me at my request. I got so much relief that I was able to discover specifically what areas I had most pain in--connect it to my activities causing it, and inspire me to book a physical therapist for learning prevention and management of sore muscles or bones.

If you're shy/quiet or new to massage therapy, I highly recommend reading the guidance flyer on the wall in the room for ideas how to provide feedback to your massage therapist to express your needs or what you like during your session.
