Our technician, Max, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. He was respectful of our property. Explained the problem and how the repair would be done. After finishing the repair he made sure everything worked and if we were satisfied with the repair. He cleaned the area where the repair was done. I would use A1 again if I need an appliance repair in the future.

Ordering Bosch dishwasher was a concern to me as it requires electric box install and a much bigger pass through on the cabinet to accommodate the water line with the valve. It is a way more complex and labor intensive installation. Demian who came to install it, did a great job on communicating the plan, and was super mindful about each step while sharing it. It took all my concerns and the end result is a clean install with amazing upgrade to our kitchen. Highly recommended company for appliances installation
