The tech was on time and did a really good job, he double checked to make sure nothing was leaking and made sure it was lined up with my counter and gave me some pointers on running it the first couple times

I'm sorry to say I've had to use them 3 times now, but that was because I had a rotten run with LG products. The pricing is transparent and upfront; Nathan is fast and knows what he's doing. Definitely would recommend.

Very professional and personable. David was even willing to show me how to do DIY myself on the value cause most the time they can be rebuilt. That showed me is loves his job and is out to help his clients. I was very impressed
