“I took my daughter in today to get her nose pierced and we had the best experience! I want to say her name was Heidi. She took the time to explain everything to her from the process to the jewelry and which she thought would be best for her nose shape and being the first piece going in. When it came time to do the actual piercing she was so patient and kind and again explained everything to my daughter and what to expect so there weren’t any surprises.
