I've used Perx Pest as my home pest control service for over two years, and they have always done a great job. Every member of their staff that has come by to spray and inspect our house has been courteous and professional. My technician today was Cody W., and he did an excellent job handling his duties even though I wasn't home in time to bring the dog in the house. He took the time to secure our dog in his kennel before proceeding to do his work. He then made sure to secure the gates to our backyard and leave a note at our door. I appreciate that he was able to get everything done without interrupting my work day at all (though I wouldn't have minded if he did need to call me, of course). Highly recommended!

Perx Pest Control has been bought by Pioneer Pest Management out of Portland, OR. I found this out when I sent an electronic communication from the Perx website. I am wary of working with a company that only has experience with a different environment.

I used to be very satisfied with Perx, but they've recently been acquired by another pest company and they're awful now. I'm on their regular maintenance program. I had a clover mite infestation this spring and it was like pulling teeth to even get an estimate of when they'd come out. every time I called the customer service number I waited on hold for 15 minutes and then gave up. They're also really slow to respond to emails. They eventually came and did the treatment, but there was hardly any impact on the population of bugs.
