First off, they are very helpful, we just walked in and they immediately helped us find something similar to what we thought we wanted. The proofs came fast and were easy to make changes to (thank gosh as I had an incorrect date!). Last, the headstone is so beautiful, better than I even expected it to be!!
We had an excellent experience with Memorial Monuments from beginning to end. We worked with Sandy and she was professional, supportive and very helpful in creating the grave marker we were hoping to for our brother! Our process was smooth and the final product was completed well ahead of schedule. We are extremely pleased with everything!
After my mother passed, we needed the face plate for her and my father's grave done. The price was reasonable, the job done was exceptional; however, the amount of time we had to wait to get this back was a tad long....over 12 weeks to get it completed.
