The guidance of the sales team was wonderful! All of the art and the stone looked marvelous and we were really surprised that the stone was put in place way earlier than expected. It is so beautiful!!! Thanks to the whole team!!

There were no face to face meetings with Memorial Monuments staff. All conversations, monument design and subsequent approvals, final placement and final billing took place via email, texting and telephone.Absolutely seamless process and all staff members couldn't have been more helpful.
