“I am incredibly impressed with MultiCare as a company. I have 10 fractures in my back because of a bone disease. My doctor ordered a hospital bed that the orthopedic mattress they sent me was way too soft for me and I couldn't get out of bed safely. Coty came to see me first who is head of the department and was extremely professional and extremely kind. Then Will. another physical therapist came and saw me and he is trying to find me the perfect mattress that fits my body both were very conscientious about sterilizing everything before they took my vitals which I appreciate it so much. I felt like I was in good hands had so much trust and faith in both of them because it made my heart feel good that both of them are so extremely kind to me and caring.Helen Johansen“
