After a couple of visits, I ended up booking with Lace—and that’s when everything changed. She completely set the standard and elevated the experience to a whole different level.
She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and never makes you feel rushed. There’s a level of care, consistency, and pride in her work that’s hard to find—my hair turns out exactly how I want it every single time, and it actually lasts. You can tell she truly cares about what she’s doing, and it shows.
I’ll be honest—I actually thought Lace was the owner at first. The way she carries herself, the attention she gives, and how invested she is in the overall experience just gave that impression. She’s not only focused on her own clients, but you can tell she’s paying attention to everything happening around her—helping keep things running smoothly, being kind and welcoming to anyone who walks through the door, and contributing to the overall energy of the space. I was genuinely surprised to learn she wasn’t.
And candidly—this is one of those places that should be booked out nonstop. The quality is absolutely there. The only thing that seems to be missing is visibility. If the marketing and overall awareness matched the level of service being delivered, I don’t think there would be a single open chair in the salon.”
