Excellent Results! I started my journey with Gonstead Spine & Wellness a year ago after I was in a car accident. I was unfamiliar with the Gonstead approach, but Dr. Todd and his team were thorough in educating me and my results after just 6 months were well worth the time put into my spine health! I jumped from a "C" to a high "B" which is a big improvement. I learned several things I can do from home for continued care (exercises & a new sleeping pillow- I no longer wake up with cranky shoulders!). After taking a CPR class in preparation for nursing school, I realized that my body was more dysfunctional than I thought. I had been ignoring the pain for a while. Since 2012 I had been to a couple doctors for my back-and was treated like a med seeker. I was in my early-mid 20s. That pretty much made me avoid doctors for a while. I had seen 2 chiropractors over the years but never had much relief.I am about through my first week of the 12 Week Transformation. I have significantly less pain already! At Gonstead Spine & Wellness they helped me recover from whiplash from a car accident. Overtime I got better and better and now feel healthier and feel better then before my car accident. I do recommend them for any car accident whiplash case. Thank you so much.
