UPS at Fairview and Meridian Road did an exceptional job for me. DirecTV required me to return two old receivers to them after they sent me new ones. The DirecTV_AT&T computer program UPS used kept refusing the correct information for the return. Ted (the owner) calmly worked through the problems on a phone call with DirecTV while I was becoming more upset with DirecTV. Result, DirecTV didn't want the old receivers but their program told UPS and me to keep trying. Thank You Ted for your patience and grace in handling a problem that was not a good use of your time. Small store but great service.

The employees were not professional. An older woman was complaining about having to put stamps on some envelopes, due to some issue with her forearms. I'm not sure why she's doing that job if it causes her further problems.A younger guy was helping someone else, and was joking around with some minor who was hanging out with them. Apparently that boy was waiting around to go to the boys club, because he'd done "bad things" and was grounded. This was the conversation going on while I waited for the young guy to finally acknowledge me.Then when I asked to print something the guy said "no printers." I came into the store located in the Cherry Plaza Shopping Center, 104 E Fairview Ave, Meridian, ID 83642 | Phone: (208) 884-8881 and I asked for the best product to send my daughters American Express credit card to her in Georgia and I asked to send this certified so that she could sign for it and so that I could be assured what just happened today would not happen. Initially I was told to send it certified but then was told to switch that to the way in which it was delivered today would be the best outcome and that it would be delivered on the 20th. of December.A heavily destroyed and empty envelope that arrived today, and was not in any way certified or hand delivered.We... read full review
