We could not be more pleased with our experience with Cridder Ridder! We had pigeons nesting under our solar panels, and Cridder Ridder solved the problem at a FRACTION of the cost of competitive bids. Getting things scheduled with Shelly was a breeze, and Cory was an absolute pleasure to work with and really went the extra mile to not cut any corners. They operated with professionalism, great communication, and KINDNESS. I don't write many (any) reviews, but they were so great it would be a shame not to!

The process was easy to setup a first visit arranged by Shelly and they came out very quickly to help with the immediate wasp issue.
The owner (whose name I forgot sorry!) was transparent about what services were available, the trade offs between tiers, and the various options that fit my needs.
Zack was fantastic in his attention to detail, going into a bit more detail on several things to look out for and recommendations in case something were to happen in the future. We were dealing with a problem raccoon. One call and Cridder Ridder came promptly to set a trap. The trap worked like a charm. The raccoon was treated humanely and will be released to a more appropriate environment. The Cridder Ridder techs were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The office was cheerful and eager to help. Highly recommended!
