I've gone to Casa Bella over the years and gotten satisfactory cuts and services. The girls have been great. Recently I got a cervical spine fusion and couldn't bend my neck backwards in the sink for the wash before cut. I made my appointment with Sheila, the owner, and she was able to adjust and still get my hair washed. I was very appreciative at her kind accommodation and style advice. I also asked her for some products that might help my aging hair, and she had plenty she could have sold me, but she told me how to care for my hair at home with no extras. Emily is vibrant and ALWAYS greets me with a smile. Since I have troubling walking she always helps me to the shampoo bowl and then back to my car when we are finished. Emily checks throughout my cut for length and texture and asks what I’m trying to get to for style. She is great. She takes her time. Her goal every time is to make you happy and accommodate you. Isn’t that refreshing? She’s the best I’ve had in my 10 years in Idaho.
