This particular location is what this review is for and does not apply to other locations and other tax advisors employed by this company. I scheduled my appointment back in October 2020 to get my 2019 taxes filed. When I arrived, it seemed they were not prepared for my appointment and had to scramble around to find an available person to help me. I sat with someone for about 30 minutes going over everything and made sure they had all of the information needed. I was told that they would get working on it and would call me with an update.
