Everyone was polite, patient and they were quick to respond. The guys that did the work were awesome. They did a great job and everything was left neat and clean. They explained what I needed to do to keep it maintained, etc. Customer service is excellent!

This service was performed at my granddaughters house. They were able to go same day I called. Heat wave going on and with 3 hot and sad children she was so grateful for the prompt service. Everyone happy now. Great work by tech in identifying and fixing problem. Been a customer myself for years.

We had an issue with our heat not coming on and Dustin with Advanced Heating and Cooling was here in less than 2 hours. He gave an estimate of what it might cost and he got the heat going again and then the invoice was less than the estimate!! Gotta love that! Thank you Advanced Heating and Cooling and Dustin!
