I had a drainage issue in my bathroom and Heather saw my post on Facebook regarding it. She quickly inboxed me and told me she’ll come look at it. I had no mold or anything just my bathroom tub having a drainage issue causing a minor hole above my kitchen sink. In order to fix it the sheet rock needed to be cut, her team did just that, and did even better with the clean up. They got the space opened up and they will have a plumber come out to replace the piece that’s having a minor leak. As well as someone to repair the hole in the ceiling. I am a Realtor and had a plumbing leak that needed immediate attention. After calling 911 Restoration they had a team arranged right away and worked through the weekend to make everything right for my clients. They are extremely professional and amazing to work with!
