The employees at 208GEEK are the most honest, sincere company I've seen in a long time. We brought our dinosaur of a hard drive in to be looked at, after our computer stopped recognizing it. The staff looked at our hard drive the same day, explained what was the problem with it and that they weren't able to retrieve our pictures. They recommended another company, but also advised there was no guaranteed they would be able to retrieve the pictures as well. They didn't charge us for the service and explained sometimes this happens with older drives. They were honest and upfront, while explaining issues with external hard drives and problems they see. They talked to us like we were people, not from scripts like the robots that work the Geek Squad at Best Buy and Online services! It's so refreshing to know there are still honest, good people around like those at 208GEEK, in a world that's become so money hungry and that's replaced most people with computers. Thank you wonderful staff at 208GEEK!
